[1] You must be a fan of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show".
[2] Please provide a valid name and e-mail address. No odd nicknames or handles (ie: angelbaby13, sk8erchick24). It just doesn't look right. First names or normal sounding nick/pen names are fine. Full names are not required, or even wanted.
[3] Specify what country you're from, it's one of the main reasons for a fanlisting.
[4] You do not have to have a web site to join.
[5] If you do have a web site that you want to be linked back to, it can't have any illegal, hateful, or pornographic content.
[6] Also, if you have a web site that you want to be linked back to, please put up a button or text link back to the fanlisting (http://ellen.diamond-road.net) in a visible place and keep it up at all times. This will be checked when you join and periodically thereafter.
[7] If you fail to add the link back to the fanlisting, you will be added as a member, but your site will not be linked back to. Please save me time by not submitting your web site address if you don't plan on putting a link back to the fanlisting up.
[8] If you ever wish to update your member information, please use the update form to notify me.
